Since 1954, plant has started mastering of production of turbogenerators. “Ukrenergymachines” JSC manufactures three-phase voltage turbinogenerators, which are designed for generation of electrical energy when directly connected to steam and gas turbines. Over entire history of the plant's existence, more than 670 turbogenerators were manufactured.
“Ukrenergymachines” JSC is a large scientific and technical complex with closed cycle of development and production of heavy electrical engineering products, which allows individual orders, satisfying all customer requirements from development and design to production launch.
Stator core of turbogenerator is made of stamped and insulated segments with high-quality hot-drying varnish, of cold-rolled electrical steel with reduced specific losses and increased magnetic conductivity. Rotors are made of high-quality alloy steel forgings. Plant conducts additional quality control of forgings for mechanical properties and absence of surface and internal defects. At various stages of rotor manufacturing, used forging is subjected to ultrasonic tests. In order to monitor state of units and parts, turbogenerators are equipped with instrumentation and resistance thermoconverters from the world's leading companies. In production process, generators are subjected to comprehensive control and numerous tests at various stages of production. Plant is constantly in process of improving methods of testing and researching generators with the use of modern computer systems for measuring thermal, electrical, and vibrational parameters. Quality management system has been implemented. Plant's quality management system is certified to meet the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015.
