Was born 28 of May 1959 in Kharkov.
In 1982 graduated faculty of “Automobiles and Automobile economy” of Kharkov “Motorcar and Road Institute”.
In 1995 graduated from Kharkov State University named after M. Gorky (for now KhNU named after V.N. Karazin) in specialty "Finance and credit".
Candidate of Economic Science.
Full Member (Academician) of Academy of Technological Sciences of Ukraine, Engineering Academy of Ukraine and International Engineering Academy.
He began his career in 1977 by a driver Kharkov Production Association “Vtorchermet”.
1983 - 1984 - Senior foreman, deputy shop manager Motors plant “Hammer and Sickle"
1984 - 1991 - First Secretary of the Moscow regional committee of Komsomol Kharkov, first secretary of the Kharkov City Komsomol Committee, Head of Kharkov Regional Department of Youth of Ukraine's economic bodies.
1991 - 1992 - Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Regional Commercial Bank Region Bank.
1992 - 2006 - Deputy Branch Manager, Branch Director, Chairman of Kharkov Commercial Bank Dobrodiy, who in 1995 renamed Megabank.
2006 - 2007 - Chairman of the OJSC “Megabank”.
From 24.04.2007 to 28.08.2007, Acting General Director of OJSC “Turboatom”.
From 08.28.2007 - General Director of JSC “Turboatom”, which since 27.08.2021 renamed as “Ukrainian Energy Machines” Joint Stock Company (based on minutes of general meeting of shareholders dated 27.08.2021, No. 28/2021).
In 2004 he was awarded the honorary title "Honored Economist of Ukraine ".
In 2009 he was given the title Laureate of State prize of Ukraine in the field of science and technology.
In 2009 he was awarded 3rd Class Order of Merit.
In 2011 he was awarded the honors of the President of Ukraine - the anniversary medal "20 years of independence of Ukraine".
In 2012 he was awarded 2nd Class Order of Merit.
In 2013 he was awarded the title of "Honorary Citizen of the city of Kharkov."
In 2013 he was awarded the Honored Diploma of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
In 2014 he was awarded the Honored Diploma of Kharkov Region State Administration.
In 2017 he was awarded the title of "Honorary Citizen of the Kharkiv region"
In 2019 awarded with Letter of Commendation of executive committee of Kharkiv City Council.
