Was born 5 May 1959 in village Yakovlevka of Bliznyuki district of Kharkov region.
In 1982 – graduated machine-building faculty of Ukraine Correspondence Polytechnic Institute (Kharkov).
Candidate of Technical Sciences.
1976-1977 – student of SPSS No. 36 (Lozovaya, Kharkov region).
1977 - 1982 - Student Ukrainian Correspondence Polytechnic Institute.

1982 - 1984 - Service in the Soviet Army.
1984 - 1996 - Engineer - Process Engineer 3, 2, head office of the chief technologist, deputy chief technologist NGO of OJSC “Turboatom”.
1996 - 2004 - Chief Technologist OJSC “Turboatom”.
2004 - 2007 - First deputy chief engineer for new technology and production preparation Turboatom.
On 17.10.2007, the - Chief Engineer of JSC “Turboatom”, which since 27.08.2021 renamed as “Ukrainian Energy Machines” Joint Stock Company (based on minutes of general meeting of shareholders dated 27.08.2021, No. 28/2021).
In 2009 he was awarded the honorary title "Honored Worker of Ukrainian industry."
In 2010 he was awarded the Honored Diploma of the Kharkov Regional State Administration.
In 2013 he was awarded the Honored Diploma of Kharkov Region State Administration.
In 2014 he was awarded the Honored Diploma of Kharkov Region Council.
In 2017 he was distinguished the Chairman of the State Property Fund of Ukraine
In 2018 he was given the title Laureate of State prize of Ukraine in the field of science and technology.
