Was born 16 April 1976 in Kotovsk Tambov region, Russia.
In 1998 graduated Kharkiv National University of Economics under with a degree in “Management of labor force”.
In 2026, he graduated postgraduate of Kharkiv National Economic University named after Semyon Kuznets and completed his dissertation in “Economics”.
He has scientific degree Doctor of Philosophy.
1993 – 1994 – electrician on repair and servicing of electrical equipment at hot shops of gray-iron foundry of Kupiansk foundry.
1994 – 1998 – study at Kharkiv National University of Economics.
