The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of PJSC “Turboatom” (Minutes No. 23 dated 18 April 2018) and the Supervisory Board of PJSC “Turboatom” (Minutes No. 11-НР dated 8 June 2018) adopted the following decisions regarding payment of dividends based on the Company's activity in 2017:
- the amount of dividends payable in accordance with the resolution of the Annual General Meeting: 532`815`000,00 UAH.
- the date of drawing up the list of persons entitled to receive dividends based on the results of the Company's activity in 2017 is 26 June 2018.
- the amount of annual dividends per 1 share is 1.261111 UAH.
- the deadline for paying dividends on 18.10.2018 directly to shareholders
- dividends are paid out by the Company directly to shareholders, taking into account the requirements of the Tax Code of Ukraine, with obligatory provision of information on the number of the taxpayer's registration card and passport data (for individuals) and documents required to avoid double taxation (for non-resident legal entities).
To receive dividends based on the results of financial and economic activities in 2017, shareholders need:
- individuals – to submit an application for dividends in written, free form specifying the way of receiving dividends (by postal transfer, transfer to the bank account of the shareholder or in cash at the Company's cash desk) with obligatory indication of the number of the taxpayer's registration card and passport data, and the details of the bank account (in case of transfer of dividends to the bank account);
- non-residents legal entities – to provide the documents necessary to avoid double taxation in accordance with the Tax Code of Ukraine. In the event that documents of non-resident are not provided, the incomes of non-residents with their source of origin in Ukraine are subject to taxation in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine;
- legal entities – to submit an application for dividends in a written form indicating the bank details.
