Since 1 September 2018, at JSC “Turboatom” salary was raised.
The company's strategy to increase production volumes, dynamic changes on market of labor resources JSC "Turboatom" for 2018 required changes in organization of salary. Therefore, management of the enterprise, with the purpose of increasing motivation of work and level of salary, decided to raise average monthly salary from 1 September 2018 to all categories of personnel.
Thus, tariff rates and salaries of all categories of personnel will grow at the average by 10%.
