Results of implementation of collective agreement for 6 months of 2018 were summed up at JSC “Turboatom”. Meeting of administration and trade union committee was attended by managers and trade union activists of departments and units of plant.
During reporting period, enterprise fulfilled contractual obligations, concluded contracts, payments to budgets of all levels were carried out. In general, production plan and measures under collective agreement are fulfilled. Since the beginning of the year, large scope of works on product manufacturing has been carried out for Zaporizhzhya, South-Ukrainian NPP (Ukraine), NPP “Paksi” (Hungary), “Virmenskaya” NPP (Armenia), HPP “Largi” (India), Dniester HPSPP No. 4, Kyiv HPP, Kaniv HPP (all - Ukraine), etc.
In order to timely and qualitatively implement production plan, increase production cycles and improve working conditions, implementation of Investment Program of technical re-equipment of JSC “Turboatom” was carried out.
High results were achieved thanks to successful commercial and economic activity, technical re-equipment of the enterprise, development of social sphere.
Also, directorate was raising salary level of all categories of staff. From 1 January 2018, salary was increased by at least 15%. Minimum salary level is set at 3770 hryivnas.
According to results of work of enterprise, to the Day of foundation of the enterprise, results of work of structural units were summed up. The winners were awarded with Diplomas and Pennants with payment of money bonuses.
Every year at enterprise get trained 150-170 workers in different professions. Particular attention is paid to training of workers involved in production of certified products: turners, millers, electric welder, defectoscopists, thermists, controllers of ITC. For 6 months of 2018, 106 people were trained, including 19 machine operators, 226 people upgraded their qualifications. Also during the first half of this year at JSC “Turboatom” students and apprentices of educational establishments of the city had industrial practice in amount of 178 persons.
In reporting period, measures were taken to prevent accidents and occupational diseases during labor process.
Systematic preliminary and periodic medical examinations of workers of enterprise took place, special attention was given to workers who work in harmful conditions of work. Such workers were provided with milk and fruit juices. Workers, whose work was associated with clogging, provided with soap, overalls, gloves and personal protective equipment.
Repair works of roofs of production and service buildings of enterprise are underway. Expert examination of electric travelling cranes is carried out. Training and checking of knowledge of occupational safety are also carried out for workers who carry out high-risk work. Among other things, protection of current-carrying parts from high-voltage transformers to electric salt baths in workshop 64 was made and installed, and measures were taken to equip sound and light signaling of rolling out thermal furnaces in workshop 53.
Among performed tasks: replacement of windows on row 200 in axes 35-43 of western side of the main building of workshop 56, reconstruction of buffet in workshop 60.
Starting from 11 June 2018, recreation season at the sports and recreation center “Blue Bay” was opened. Before that, premises were renovated, all rooms were brought to order in accordance with sanitary norms, beach and territory of the base were improved.
Employees of enterprise, whose production tasks are connected with their stay outside of enterprise, are provided with tickets for travel in subway.
Workers of enterprise regularly took part in concerts of amateur performances and sports events, in particular, in city tournament “Battle of corporations”.
