JSC "Turboatom" was visited by delegation of PJSC "Ukrhydroenergo" and its partners

Heads and specialists of energy generating company, as well as representatives of the Consortium "RPA "Ukrgidroenergobud", PJSC "Dnipro-Spetshidromontazh", PJSC "Ukrhydroproekt" and SE "Plant" Electrovazhmash" together met at "Turboatom" to discuss issues related development of hydropower in Ukraine.

Among other important guests "Turboatom" was visited by Director General of PJSC "Ukrhydroenergo" Ihor Sirota and his deputy on strategy and investments Volodymyr Rudenko.

General Director of JSC "Turboatom" Victor Subotin acquainted participants of event with production capabilities of the enterprise. Delegates were shown complete cycle of production of equipment for hydraulic power plants, as well as ready-made equipment already manufactured for PJSC "Ukrhydroenergo". Guests of the enterprise visited all main production workshops and design departments at all production sites of the plant.

Acquaintance with enterprise began with foundry workshop 50, where guests were shown casting of guide vanes of distributor for Kaniv HPP. After that, delegation visited hydraulic turbine (83), steam turbine (53) workshops, workshop of machining and welding manufacture (72) and assembly and testing workshop (73).

Upon completion of familiarization with production, delegates held joint meeting devoted to issues of contract implementation, compliance with production schedules and equipment supply, program of work implementation, etc.

At the beginning of meeting, Victor Subotin thanked Ihor Sirota for initiative of holding working bilateral meeting. "It's very good that we could meet to discuss current state of affairs, to outline prospect. Today the plant is loaded with orders from "Ukrhydroenergo", which we definitely take pride in and work responsibly on its implementation," - he said.

In his comment, Director General of PJSC "Ukrhydroenergo" Ihor Sirota noted how much has changed at "Turboatom" over the past few years. "Last time I visited "Turboatom" some 5 years ago," - he said. - I am pleased to know that we are involved in development of your enterprise. In addition, our joint work gives thousands of Ukrainians opportunity to get jobs. And the facts that the plant is loaded and works in full can not but rejoice." Also Ihor Sirota expressed his hope for further cooperation and development of mutually beneficial cooperation. In the end, Director General of PJSC "Ukrhydroenergo" said a few congratulations on forthcoming 85th anniversary of "Turboatom". "This is a very remarkable date, - said Ihor Sirota, - and I am very glad that you can save the team, the plant itself, to provide so many people with work. Therefore, I want to wish further development and prosperity. "
