JSC "Turboatom" was visited by People's Deputy

On 15 November 2018, People's Deputy, Victor Galasyuk, Chairman of Committee of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship, visited JSC "Turboatom".

Purpose of visit was to familiarize with working conditions at the enterprise, as well as production capabilities of "Turboatom".

Victor Galasyuk visited steam turbine (No 53), hydraulic turbine (No 83) workshops, got acquainted with peculiarities of production of condensers in workshop of machining and welding production No. 72.

Victor Galasyuk highly appreciated potential and technical level of "Turboatom", expressing great enthusiasm for work that turbine constructors carried out during manufacture of equipment for Dniester HPSPP. He also noted that plant is successful in glorifying of Ukraine on world markets, thanks to quality and competitive products.

"With current annual income of 2.4 billion hryivn., Kharkiv industrial giant pays in budget almost 1 billion hryivn. of taxes and mandatory payments and up to 400 million hryivn. of dividends. Enterprise provides work more than 3500 employees. Plant in its production uses Ukrainian metal, work, contractor services. That is why placement of such order as completion of Dniester HPSPP for half a billion dollars in Ukraine will give a huge multiplier effect, - believes V. Galasyuk.

People's Deputy spoke to workers of the plant. During meeting with employees of hydraulic turbine workshop, Victor Galasyuk said: "Turboatom is a gem of Ukrainian industry, so it needs to be protected and fully supported at state level. I am very grateful to you for your work, intellect and for faith in Ukraine. "
