JSC "Turboatom`s" turbine was commissioned at Armenian NPP

16 November 2018, Certificate for implementation of supervision of installation and supervision of setting-up of modernized turbine K-220-44-1 (station No 3) of Armenian NPP (Armenia) was signed.

Signed document confirms that works on modernization of turbine are performed in full scope.

As a result of performance check of modernized turbine K-220-44-1, it was established that manufactured and delivered under Contract dated 23.03.2017 equipment manufactured by JSC "Turboatom" was completed in comprehensive test for 72 hours in accordance with requirements of "Acceptance Tests Program". Also, Certificate states that all parameters of heat-mechanical condition of modernized turbine units correspond to requirements of technical documentation of JSC "Turboatom".

The second modernized turbine K-220-44-1 for Armenian NPP (station No 4), manufactured by JSC "Turboatom", shipped in full scope to the power plant. Commissioning of this turbine is scheduled for 2019.

For significant contribution to modernization of Armenian NPP systems that ensure generation of electricity, General Director Armenian NPP, Movses Vardanyan expressed his sincere appreciation to General Director of JSC "Turboatom" Victor Subotin and entire team of the enterprise, sending a letter to the plant. "We thank you and look forward to further fruitful cooperation," – the point letter in particular.
