JSC “Turboatom” summed up the implementation of the collective agreement for 6 months of 2019. The meeting of management and the trade union committee was attended by the heads and trade union activists of the workshops and units of the plant.
The chief engineer of the plant, the chairman of the commission for monitoring the implementation of the collective agreement Grigory Ishchenko and the head of labor and wages department Victor Belov made reports on the implementation of the collective agreement.
During the reporting period contractual obligations were fulfilled, contracts were concluded, payments to the budgets of all levels were made at the company. In general, the production plan and collective agreement measures have been implemented. Since the beginning of the year, a large amount of work has been done on manufacturing products for Zaporizhzhya, South Ukrainian, Rivne NPPs (Ukraine), Paks NPP (Hungary), Kozloduy NPP (Bulgaria), Aksuysk TPP (Kazakhstan), Dniepro-2 HPP, Kaniv HPP (all - Ukraine), etc.
With the aim of timely and high-quality implementation of the production plan, increasing production cycles and improving working conditions, the Investment Program for the technical re-equipment of JSC “Turboatom” was carried out.
Designers of SDB “TA” and SDB “TGM” developed design and technical documentation for the modernization of turbines and turbine equipment. In particular, SDB “TA” executed:
Work was carried out to issue documentation on the HPC of the turbine K-800-240 for Slavyansk TPP, station number 7.
In turn, SDB “TGM” has developed technical and working projects for hydroturbines manufactured with the EBRD money: Dniepro-2 HPP, Middle Dnieper HPP, Kremenchug HPP.
The technical re-equipment of production was also carried out in the reporting period. In particular, a cooling system device was purchased for “Innocenti” milling and boring machine in workshop 83, and “Skoda” horizontal boring machine in the same workshop was modernized.
Due to the improvement of structures, the use of new technological solutions, modern materials in the design of structures, changes in the technology for manufacturing turbine parts, improvement in the cutting of sheet rolled steel, reduction in allowances in the manufacture of blanks, the savings of ferrous metals in the first half of 2019 amounted to 11 tons.
Every year, 150-170 workers in various professions are trained at the enterprise. Particular attention is paid to the training of workers involved in the manufacture of certified products: turners, milling machine operators, electric welders, flaw detectors, thermists, and quality inspectors. For the 6 months of 2019, 112 people were trained, including 10 machine operators; 447 people improved their qualifications, of which 149 workers, 298 employees. Also, for the first half of this year, JSC “Turboatom” underwent practical training for students and students of educational institutions of the city in the amount of 218 people.
In order to consolidate young specialists and workers at the enterprise, rejuvenate the personnel, the “Regulation on the remuneration of young specialists” and the “Regulation on the provision of financial assistance to young specialists and employees who rent housing in Kharkiv” were developed and implemented, on the basis of which an allowance for rental housing in the amount of 2 thousand UAH per month is assigned.
In the reporting period, measures were taken to prevent accidents and occupational diseases in the labor process.
Preliminary and periodic medical examinations of employees were carried out systematically; special attention was paid to workers working in harmful working conditions. Such workers were provided with milk and fruit juices. Workers whose work is associated with clogging were provided with soap, overalls, mittens and personal protective equipment.
Ongoing and overhauls of office and production facilities, SMCs and bathroom units are ongoing.
Comprehensive measures are being taken to increase labor protection.
On June 10, 2019, the holiday season was opened at the sports and health center “Blue Bay”. Before that, the premises were repaired, all the rooms were put in order in accordance with sanitary standards, the beach and the territory of the base were improved.
Employees of the enterprise whose production tasks are related to their stay outside the enterprise are provided with tickets for travel on the subway.
In addition to performing production tasks, employees of the enterprise actively participate in the public life of the plant's staff. Many of them took part in amateur concerts, holiday concerts and sports competitions. According to the results of the “Spring Cup” of the city sports tournament “Battle of the Corporations”, the “Turboatom” team took 3rd place out of 26 teams that took part in the competition. Also, according to the provision “Young Man of the Year”, a competition was held, according to the results of which the winners were determined in the following categories: “Scientist”, “Activity in the field of production”, “Social activity, culture and sport’.
