The results of the implementation of the collective agreement of “Turboatom” for 9 months of 2019

JSC “Turboatom” summed up the implementation of the collective agreement for 9 months of 2019. The meeting of the administration and the trade union committee was attended by the heads of trade union activists of the workshops and units of the plant.

During the reporting period, the company fulfilled contractual obligations, concluded contracts, made payments to the budgets of all levels. In general, the production plan and collective agreement measures have been implemented. Since the beginning of the year, a large amount of work has been done on manufacturing products for the Zaporizhzhya, South Ukrainian NPPs (Ukraine), Aksu TPP (Kazakhstan), Paks NPP (Hungary), Kozloduy NPP (Bulgaria), Armenian NPP (Armenia), Rivne NPP, Dniester HPP, Dnieper-2 HPP, Kiev HPP, Kaniv HPP (all - Ukraine), Shulbinsk HPP (Kazakhstan), Rogun HPP (Tajikistan), etc.

One of the most important tasks is the quality of products at all stages of activity - from design to shipment of products. During the reporting period, a lot of work was done to update and modernize the equipment.

For timely and high-quality implementation of the production plan, increasing production cycles and improving working conditions, the investment program for the technical re-equipment of “Turboatom” was ensured. In particular, a rack cooling system device for the “Inocenti” milling and boring machine, a dump truck, and a bus were purchased. The “Messer-Griesheim” gas cutting machine in workshop 60 was also modernized; Skoda horizontal boring machine in workshop 83; mobile continuous mixer in workshop 50; over 60 units of equipment were repaired.

A technology for processing the tails of working blades of titanium alloy on a CNC machine has been introduced to shorten the cycle of manufacturing of blades; a new technology has been developed for the manufacture of holistic castings of a blade of a distributer of a hydraulic turbine for Seredniodniprovska HPP from 2 furnaces.

Particular attention is paid to the training of workers involved in the manufacture of certified products: turners, milling machine operators, electric welders, NDT specialists, thermists, and quality inspectors. Since the beginning of the year, 173 workers have been trained, including machine operators - 14 people, and 683 people have improved their qualifications. Also, 435 students and trainees of educational institutions of Kharkiv underwent practical training at the plant.

In the reporting period, measures were taken to prevent accidents and occupational diseases during the labor process.

Repair work on the roofs of production and office buildings of the enterprise continues. An expert survey of electric bridge cranes is carried out. Training and testing of knowledge on labor protection issues for employees performing hazardous work is also carried out.

During the work of the sports and recreation base “Blue Bay”, more than 850 people rested at the base, including weekend vouchers, of which 613 people (including 189 employees' children, 59 former employees that are now retired) on preferential vouchers (15% of the voucher price). Prior to this, the premises were repaired, all rooms were put in order in accordance with sanitary standards, landscaping of the beach and the territory of the base was completed.

Among social events: the purchase of vouchers to the children's camp at the sanatorium “Berminvody” for the employees’ children, where 104 children rested.

Workers of the enterprise regularly participated in amateur concerts and sporting events. During the eighth annual Sports and Athletic Contest, 39 units took part in the competition, of which 32 received awards.
