General Director of “Turboatom” Viktor Subotin visited University of Urban Economy in Kharkiv

General Director of “Turboatom” Viktor Subotin visited O.M. Beketov National University of Urban Economy in Kharkiv, where he visited the Technology Transfer Center “Megapolis”, the Laboratory of Physical and Chemical Methods of Analysis and Analytical Chemistry, the Laboratory of Digital Relay Protection and Automation, and the Unified Laboratory of Complex “Environmental and energy security”.

Viktor Subotin also got acquainted with the university’s staff training opportunities for the enterprise, its history and museum.

It should be noted that for several years students of the University of Urban Economy have been doing practical training at “Turboatom”. In addition, now the company employs 70 people who have graduated from this university. The most popular specialties at the plant, which are prepared by NUUEKh, are: "Water supply and drainage" and "Heat and gas supply and ventilation".

During the visit, Viktor Subotin and the rector of NUUEKh Volodymyr Babaiev agreed that an agreement would soon be signed between “Turboatom” and the university, according to which the university and the enterprise would integrate scientific, educational and industrial potential in the implementation of joint research, educational projects in the fields of energy engineering, automation of technological processes, in particular, solving energy efficiency problems.
