By tradition, the results of the review contests for the “Best Production Team”, “Best Department, Management, Special Design Bureau Team”, “Best in Profession” were summed up on the foundation day of JSC “Turboatom”. On the occasion of the 86th anniversary of the enterprise, on January 21, 2020, the winners were honored at the plant.
The General Director Viktor Subotin and Chairman of the “Turboatom’s” trade union Mykola Turchyn congratulated the workers of the hydro turbine workshop No. 83, who for the second year in a row took first place and became one of the best production teams. The award of the workshop, challenge pennant, diploma and certificate for the weekend tour was accepted by the head of the workshop Oleg Shestak. Other best teams and employees of “Turboatom” were also awarded. All winners of the contest are listed on the board of honor and awarded.
According to the decision of the management and the trade union committee, the best divisions of the plant are recognized:
The first group of workshops: 1st place - workshop 83 (hydro turbine), 2nd place - workshop 60 (welded structures).
The second group of workshops: 1st place - workshop 56 (various parts), 2nd place - workshop 54 (regulation).
The third group of workshops: 1st place - workshop 81 (thermal power), 2nd place - workshop 66 (mechanical repair).
The first group of departments: 1st place - the technological department, 2nd place - the chief mechanic's department, 3rd place - the instrumental department
The second group of departments: 1st place – accounting department, 2nd place - information technology department, 3rd place - enterprise security department.
The third group of departments: 1st place - the medical unit, 2nd place - the service of the press secretary, 3rd place - the first and second departments.
In the contest “Best in Profession”, 20 plant workers became the winners. The following were recognized as the best production teams: team of drillers of workshop 60, team leader A. Rybin; team of mechanic assembly works of workshop 73, team leader V.Korin; team of mechanic assembly works of workshop 83, team leader V. Kalinichenko; team of repair technicians, team leader B. Puchkin.
