The work on equipment for Ukrainian power plants is continued at the workshops of JSC “Turboatom”
In particular, the production of the runner for the hydraulic turbine ПЛ 15-ГК-600 (station number 18) is nearing completion – this month the plant completely passed all tests to the customer.
Earlier, new and modernized equipment for four hydraulic turbines had already been sent to the plant (stations No. 13, 14, 15, 16).
This contract was the result of the first joint participation of “Turboatom”, which was the general contractor, and its partners - SE “Plant “Elektrotyazhmash” (supply of seven generators under the contract) and the Consortium “SPA Ukrhydroenergostroy” (supply of eight auxiliary systems of hydraulic units and installation supervision under the contract). The cooperation agreement between the partners was signed in October 2015. The contract is designed for several years; the final delivery time for all equipment is 2021.
A work on equipment for the Seredniodniprovska HPP (station number 2) is underway. Embedded parts have already been sent to the plant, in particular a runner with a chamber, a distributor and a turbine shaft. In February, the company will prepare an oil receiver for shipment, which this week was delivered to representatives of PrJSC “Ukrhydroenergo” and HPP.
Over the past 2019, “Turboatom” produced 7 turbines for Ukrainian hydroelectric power plants, 2 large and 2 small condensers for Ukrainian nuclear power plants, 8 rows of titanium blades for Ukrainian nuclear power plants under the import substitution program, energy spare parts for about 30 different Ukrainian and near and far abroad stations in particular, Hungary, Bulgaria and Argentina.
