In December 2020, employees of JSC “Turboatom” received an annual premium - the 13th month pay. The remuneration was calculated based on the results of work in the current year.
Expenses for payment of the 13th month pay amounted to 20 million UAH.
The thirteenth month pay is paid in accordance with the current Regulations to employees who have worked at “Turboatom” for a full calendar year without violations of work discipline. The amount of remuneration depends on the work experience at the enterprise.
For employees with 1-3 years' work experience, the size of the annual premium is 30% of the average monthly salary for the year, 3 - 5 years - 40%, 5 - 10 years - 45%, 10 - 15 years - 50% and over 15 years - 65%.
At the same time, for workers with the title "Veteran of Turboatom" and war veterans, the amount of the thirteenth month pay is increased by 25%, those with the title of "Honorary Turbine Builders" - by 35%, those awarded the "For Merit" badge - by 50%. For employees who are awarded the “Veteran of Labor” medal and have continuous work experience at the enterprise for at least 20 years for women and 25 years for men, the annual remuneration is increased by 25%. The increase is made only for one of the named indicators.
By the way, for the first time the thirteenth month pay appeared in the economic indicators of enterprises in 1968. The remuneration is paid at the discretion of the employer, and its calculation is not regulated by labor legislation.
