The staff was congratulated by the General Director of “Turboatom” Viktor Subotin, the Head of Administration of Nemyshliansky district of the Kharkiv city council Tetiana Topchy and the Chairman of the trade union committee Mykola Turchyn.
“I would like to congratulate our entire team on the upcoming New Year. I would like to congratulate all our families, our children, relatives and friends. I would like to briefly say that despite all the difficulties of 2020, “Turboatom” coped with all the tasks that were received. We paid taxes in the amount more than 500 million UAH, and most importantly, we saved our customers. Already in January we expect a visit of Hungarian nuclear experts and we will sign a contract with them for the production of equipment for Paks NPP. We are actively working with Kazakhstan now - we will participate in a tender for a 300 MW turbine. A very serious work is being done on a tender for equipment for India – two turbines of 200 MW each; this is also a good prospect for next year. We plan to conclude contracts with “Ukrhydroenergo” for the supply of three hydro turbines for Dniester PSPP and the modernization of two hydro turbines at Dnipro-1 HPP. This means that for 2021 we will firmly have an order and work. Thank you for your work this year, and I wish you health and good spirits in 2021,” said the General Director.
Tetiana Topchy congratulated the turbine builders on the New Year and thanked the work collective for their hard work. “Despite all the problems that you had to face in 2020, the enterprise managed to maintain the pace of production. I am proud of your achievements, because behind this is the hard work and results of the work of each of you,” said Tetiana Topchy.
“Dear colleagues! Please accept my sincere congratulations from the trade union organization. I wish you all good health, happiness and prosperity to you and your families,” Mykola Turchyn said in his congratulations.
The festivities continued with the awarding of the winning collectives of the contests based on the results of the work in 2020.

Oleksandr Parfionov was awarded the title “Glory of Turboatom” and presented with a valuable gift in connection with his retirement. “I have never regretted that it was at “Turboatom” that my career took place. My wife worked here for more than 40 years, now my son is working. I would like to wish all of you and the plant that hard times are over and the enterprise flourishes as before,” - said Oleksandr Parfionov.
