On December 29, 2020, by Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 595/2020, three turbine builders were awarded the 2020 Presidential Award for young scientists.
According to the Decree of the President of Ukraine, on the basis of the submission of the Committee for State Prizes of Ukraine in the field of science and technology for the work “Creation of working blades and diaphragms of the last stages of steam turbines”, the Presidential Award for young scientists in 2020 was awarded to:
Ishchenko Mykhailo Grygorovych - Head of Department - Chief Technologist of Joint Stock Company “Turboatom”
Sherfedinov Riza Bakhtiiarovych - Head of Department of Joint Stock Company “Turboatom “
Slastion Liubov Oleksandrivna - Lead Engineer of Joint Stock Company “Turboatom”.
