NKMZ delegation visited “Turboatom”

In early June 2021 JSC “Turboatom” was visited by representatives of CJSC “Novokramatorsk Machine Building Plant”.

The delegation included the heads of the Education and Personnel Adaptation Department, the Labor Organization and Motivation Department and the Personnel and Regime Department. The delegation was headed by Deputy General Director for Personnel and Regime Volodymyr Bryzhnychenko.

“Turboatom” was represented at the meeting by Deputy General Director Dmytro Nesterenko, Head of HR Department Gennady Kyrychenko and Head of Organization of Labor and Pay Department Viktor Bielov.

The purpose of the visit was to consider the main issues of personnel management, namely the introduction of a dual education system for university students, stimulating the attraction of personnel, adaptation and training systems at the enterprise, motivational mechanisms and work organization.

According to Volodymyr Bryzhnychenko, “Turboatom” is pursuing a competent policy in the development of its personnel. “Measures aimed at exchanging experience between our companies lead to mutually beneficial results, allow us to broaden our horizons on topical production issues and contribute to further development and improvement of the quality of work,” – he added.

At the end of the meeting, the guests visited the museum of the history of the enterprise and the assembly and testing workshop 73, where they had the opportunity to get acquainted with the production facilities of “Turboatom”.
