In the workshops of “Ukrenergymachines” JSC, work is being completed on equipment for a hydraulic turbine ВЛ 15-ГК-600 (station No. 19) for Kaniv HPP.
Currently, a distributor is in production, for which the hydro turbine workshop 83 has completed the modernization of the units received from the station; new blades for the distributor were manufactured. At the moment, the workshop is performing a control assembly of the device. Testing and delivery to customer representatives is scheduled for next month.
It is worth reminding that the enterprise has already shipped the runner, lubricant and other components of the hydraulic turbine to the station.
Earlier, new and modernized equipment for six hydraulic turbines had already been sent to the station (stations No. 13, 14, 15, 16, 18, 20). On the seventh hydraulic turbine (station No. 19), it remains to send the distributor.
According to the contract signed with PJSC “Ukrhydroenergo” in November 2016, the company will manufacture and supply 7 hydraulic turbines ВЛ 15-ГК-600 in a complete set for the reconstruction of two power units of Kaniv HPP.
