In February, JSC “Ukrainian Energy Machines” shipped a standby armature and spare parts of a DC electric motor for “Zaporizhzhye Iron Ore Plant".
The enterprise carried out a major overhaul of the standby DC motor armature ПБК380/125-4,1 УХЛ4, which is used for the mine ore hoist.
A complex of repair work was carried out on the standby anchor: restoration of the armature housing and shaft, manufacture and replacement of the collector, replacement of the armature winding, manufacture of new bearings.
The specialists of the enterprise will also carry out supervised installation of the armature and commissioning.
The company became the winner in the competition with five companies, offering the customer to modernize the armature with an increase in engine power by 20% on the old foundation. In turn, competing firms came up with a proposal to completely replace the armature and install it on a new foundation.
At present, “Ukrenergymachynes” is negotiating with “Zaporizhzhya Iron Ore Plant” to conclude a new contract for the modernization of equipment.
