On May 30, 2022, “Ukrainian Energy Machines” JSC signed a contract for the manufacture and supply of electric motors.
The contract was concluded for the manufacture and supply of electric motors of the ED118AU1 type for diesel locomotives and electric locomotives by order of the NEWAG SA railway company, a leading Polish manufacturer of electric and diesel passenger vehicles, electric and diesel locomotives, as well as metro and tram cars.
“Ukrenergymachines” plans to manufacture 300 electric motors for a total amount of about 9 million EUR during 2022.
The equipment will be manufactured in accordance with the technical requirements of the Polish side.
The parties will expand cooperation in the supply of electric motors for the needs of the Polish side.
