Training was conducted with assistance and support of European Education Fund, which fruitfully cooperates in Ukraine with interested parties, first of all with Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, representative bodies of employers and trade unions, regarding formation of a new national qualification system, including training of staff, balancing demand of employers for qualified labor with scopes and areas of specialist training by educational institutions.
In Ukraine, creation of a new National Qualification System begins, by planning the needs of labor market for skilled labor, forming list of demanded specialties and educational programs.
Human Resources Department of JSC “Turboatom” took active part in this seminar with representatives of employers, educational institutions and state institutions of Kharkiv region and is at forefront of these processes.
