Job fairs of Kharkiv HEI continue

By tradition, JSC “Turboatom” participates in events held by specialized higher educational institutions of Kharkiv. We offer students and graduates to get acquainted with current trends in labor market, practical knowledge of dual training and become part of our company.

At sports complex of the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute" hosted jubilee XV annual Job Fair "Polytech-2019". At the event, 56 leading Ukrainian and international companies of various directions were represented. The fair brought together about a thousand students.

“Turboatom” took an active part in this event. Students got opportunity to get acquainted with vacancies of our company, learned about current requirements of the employer, and also got acquainted with offers for practical training, about advantages of dual form of education that has been operating at JSC “Turboatom” since 2018.

Human Resources Department organized participation of JSC “Turboatom” employees, NTU “KhPI” graduates in annual joint project “Meeting of students and graduates of departments with employers”, at which interviews were held with potential employees of the plant. Specialists of “Turboatom” took part in presentations of graduates of departments of NTU “KhPI”:

• Turbine constructing;
• Hydraulic machines named after. G.F. Proskura;
• Integrated Engineering Technologies of mechanical engineering named after M.F. Semka;
• Foundry;
• Engineering technology and metal cutting machines;
• Dynamics and strength of machines;
• Materials-handling vehicles and equipment.

JSC “Turboatom” took part in job fair of Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics "Young Specialist of the XXI Century". At the event, KhNURE students were offered vacancies of our enterprise. Everyone who was interested had opportunity to receive detailed information about future employment and work at “Turboatom” at the fair.

Also, at the invitation of Kharkiv City Employment Center, Human Resource Department took part in the "Job Fair" of Kharkiv National Automobile and Highway University. Event was attended by about 400 students and 50 companies were represented. Head of department G.I. Kirichenko made an interesting presentation of our company.
