Interests of employees

economic, social, labor

God created the world in six days;
as one can see, at that time there were no trade unions.

(Robert Orben)

The main task of the trade union is to represent the interests of workers through a collective agreement. The collective agreement is the main document, which describes the obligations of the directorate and employees of the enterprise. The trade union constantly participates in monitoring the fulfillment of the collective agreement:

  • payment and motivation, work and rest schedule;
  • comprehensive measures to improve the level of labor protection, including the provision of overalls and personal protective equipment;
  • measures to improve the community and consumer facilities;
  • social guarantees, benefits and compensation;
  • work of public catering network and a polyclinic, etc.
