The development of the creative potential of employees, their involvement in corporate culture and the creation of a favorable microclimate in the team is one of the key directions of the work of the trade union committee.

Since March 2014 the creative project Studio “All Yours” has been created. Holding gala concerts is already a tradition.

Intellectual project “What? Where? When?” is a series of games throughout the year. The game allows participants to reveal and develop their intelligence, combining them into a modern movement.

The community of lovers of poetry and poets is just beginning, but there are many interesting contests and creative evenings ahead.

Creative contests for workers and their children are also constantly held.
