Trade union

The primary trade union organization of Ukrainian Energy Machines is a voluntary, self-governing public organization that unites workers who are connected by common interests in the nature of their activities.

The purpose of the trade union is the implementation of representation and provision of labor, socio-economic rights and interests of turbo-builders.

The main tasks of trade union:

• performance of a collective agreement;
• ensuring normal working conditions and wages;
• improvement of the community and consumer facilities of the enterprise;
• rest and recovery of employees and their families;
• development of creative potential of employees;
• holding sports events.

Protection and assistance to the worker from the trade union

So, the trade union is a representative (defined by the legislation of Ukraine) of workers' interests; an organization that monitors the implementation of the collective agreement, promotes the stable operation of the enterprise, represents the interests of employees in various controversial situations, monitors compliance with labor laws.
