The most important task for our enterprise is to ensure the qualitative medical care for all our employees as a good health of each employee is a dominant factor of health and success of all team.
To arrange medical care there is own medical unit (MU) on the enterprise territory which includes policlinics, medical aid posts and hydropathic establishment.
In April of 2007 the medical unit was completely reorganized and the main aims of that reorganization was to improve considerably quality of the primary and periodical medical examinations, treatment, service, rehabilitation of the enterprise’s employees, conduct sanitation-instructive work.
To realize these aims the stuff of qualified medical specialists was considerably increased.
MU provides for services of the following doctors:
- therapy
- surgery
- neurology
- ophthalmology
- physiotherapy
- functional diagnostics
- ultrasonic diagnostics and roentgenology
Services of the medical aid posts are available at all four manufacturing areas to provide for a first aid straight in the shops and departments.
Services of electro hydropathic establishment are resumed where treatment and prophylactic procedures, electrophysioprocedures and balneotherapy are provided.
A wide range of clinical and biochemical analyses is performed in the clinicodiagnostic laboratory.
Services of the pharmaceutic post is available in the medical unit where the necessary medicines and articles of personal hygiene can be purchased.
In the time of reorganization of the medical unit the new up-to-day medical apparatus was purchased.
It was purchased two air sterilizers and distilling apparatus for central sterilization room.
To improve a diagnostics of cardiac and vascular pathology it was purchased an up-to-date complex of medical diagnostics СФЕРА-4 (version ECG-REО) along with a computer and laser printer and portable electrocardiograph.
It was purchased an up-to-date colposcope MK-300 to a gynaecological room for qualitative treatment and examination of women.
It was purchased a photoelectrocolometer with multi-channel pipettes of variable value for the laboratory to conduct biochemical researches.
It was purchased a special linear transducer to ultrasonic scanning apparatus for early diagnostics of oncologic diseases of women mammary glands.
It was purchased the medical instruments for qualitative conducting of roentgenological study (cassettes for X-ray films of different sizes and drying box for films).
It was resumed the services of the electrohydropathic establishment.
To perform electro-physio procedures it was purchased: apparatus аппарат for UHF therapy, ultraviolet rays radiator, umplipulse, SOLIF apparatus, apparatus for ultrasonic treatment, ultra violet rays radiator, apparatus for diodinamo-therapy, apparatus for LF-therapy, inhaler stationary for 5 patients.
The doctors widely use the available clinical and laboratory methods of inspection in their work for early diagnosis of an oncological pathology, diseases of cardiovascular, nervous, musculoskeletal systems.
These are inspections as:
- computer-aided ECG
- computer-aided rheovasagram
- computer-aided EEG
- rontgenography
- Patients having a discovered pathology are registered for regular medical check-up.
The MU’s doctors extensively carry out the sanitation-instructive work in the enterprise’s departments.
