“UKRAINIAN ENERGY MACHINES”, Joint stock company (hereinafter - the Company) declares policy of zero tolerance for corruption as a phenomenon,and absolute inadmissibility of any form of corruption (hereinafter - the Policy).

In accordance with the Policy, the Supervisory Board, management and employees of the Company in their work, in legal relations with customers, business partners, and state authorities are guided by values of the Company regarding integrity, transparency of business activities and prevention of corruption, principle of zero tolerance to any manifestations of corruption, strictly comply with requirements of legislation of Ukraine and internal documents of the Company regarding prevention and counteraction of corruption.

With this Policy, the Company openly demonstrates and expresses its principled position regarding corruption as illegal and violating moral and ethical principles of conducting business activities.

Management of “UKRAINIAN ENERGY MACHINES”, Joint stock company considers following strategic directions of the Company's activity in field of prevention and countering corruption to be important:

•  compliance with legislative requirements regarding prevention and counteraction of manifestations of corruption in the Company, including receipt of illegal benefits by employees (bribery);
•  encouraging employees to report reliable information, which has become known to them, regarding possible facts of obtaining illegal benefit (bribery), ensuring confidentiality and protection from prosecution and punishment;
•  granting of powers to each employee to fulfill assigned tasks, taking intо account requirements of management system for preventing and countering corruption;
•  determination in accordance with the law of disciplinary measures that may be applied to employees of the Company for non-compliance with this Policy;
• managing risks and opportunities to increase efficiency and improve effectiveness of management system for preventing and countering corruption and its processes;

Management of “UKRAINIAN ENERGY MACHINES”, Joint stock company sumes responsibility for:

• effectiveness of management system for preventing and countering orruption in accordance with requirements of national legislation and ISO 7001:2016 “Management systems for countering corruption. Requirements and uidelines for application” and for implementation of this Policy, ensuring  appropriate conditions and availability of necessary resources for this;
• development and implementation in the Company of the Anti-corruption program and other internal documents of the Company on prevention and countering of corruption.

Management of “UKRAINIAN ENERGY MACHINES”, Joint stock company undertakes to periodically analyze and evaluate this Policy regarding its continued suitability to the Company's needs and compliance with requirements of national legislation and ISO 37001:2016 “Management systems for countering corruption. Requirements and guidelines for application”.

This Policy is basis for establishing and revising the Goals of the Company's integrated management system.
