On approval anti-corruption program of JSC “Ukrainian Energy Machines”

In pursuance of the decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated 27.08.2021 on renaming the Joint Stock Company "Turboatom" into the Joint Stock Company "Ukrainian Energy Machines", 10.09.2021 Appropriate changes have been made to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individuals - Entrepreneurs and Public Associations (USR), as well as in order to ensure the quality implementation of anti-corruption standards and procedures in the company, -

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

1. Approve Anti-Corruption Program of Joint Stock Company “Ukrainian Energy Machines”.
2. Implement Anti-corruption Program at the enterprise.
3. Oblige all employees of the enterprise to follow the provisions of the Anti-Corruption Program in the performance of their official duties.
4. Preliminary order № 74-ОВ dated 04.06.2018 considered invalid.
