Veteran organization of the enterprise was established in November 1967.
Today, veteran organization of the enterprise has 1875 non-working pensioners. It consists of combatants, participants and war invalids, veterans of labor, personnel workers, by whose efforts enterprise developed and grew.
Today, the enterprise has created the necessary conditions for activities of veteran organization: equipped office and communication facilities are allocated.
For communication of veterans with each other, informing them on economic, social issues and work of the enterprise, general meeting of veterans is held inviting heads of enterprise units, specialists of social structures of district and city.
According to collective agreement, non-working pensioners are provided with material assistance for professional holidays and on the occasion of day of foundation of the enterprise, as well as assistance is also provided for provision of services to single pensioners and invalids of 1 group who need third-party assistance.
Veterans are invited for celebrations and festive events of the plant. They have right to use services of plant polyclinic; receive privileged trips for themselves and their family members for recreation at "Blue Bay" recreation center.
